Happy Friday (or should I say FriYAY) !!!!
The weather in Dubai is getting so much better. Winters in Dubai means, it’s time to hit the beach, outdoor activities, BBQs in the park. Winters are the time to tackle dry skin, but the skin always needs protection from the sun. Our skin tends to get damaged from within and then later shows the horrific results later in life.
Is it even possible for sunscreen to not be a part of one’s daily skincare routine? It was not part of mine until recently. I know, it’s just shocking!! I always tend to leave out the skincare part of the day or night when I’m super exhausted.
Recently, I was introduced|recommended to a one-hell-of-an-amazing product at my recent skin analysis♥ session. It’s the *drumroll please*
Broad Spectrum Sunscreen Oil SPF30 by Herbal Essentials.
Face Oils have become quite huge recently, but I was a bit hesitant to use oil on my face first thing in the morning thinking I will look more oily throughout the day. But it was more of a now or never type of thing. So, after using it everyday for two weeks, I am convinced that this is a really great sunscreen and an overall product to use. It has a very pleasant smell, which is good. It also feels very light under makeup, unlike other sunscreen lotions.
Other major reasons to consider this product:
It is super light in weight √
It is non-greasy √
It leaves no white marks on the skin √
It is suitable for all types of skin √
It is Sulphate and Soap-free √
Not tested on animals √√
A single pump is all it takes and in return offers you protection from UVA and UVB for a long long time. I also discovered, believe it or not, it’s not just the sun that your skin needs protection from, it could be from cell phones or light bulbs even. It’s very important to protect our skin even when we are indoors. When our skin has a great protection layer, it also prevents early aging signs – fine lines, wrinkles, and all that jazz. It’s never too late to start taking care of your skin. Better late than never, I always say!!
